We partnered with Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) for 18 months, to initiate and deliver an ambitious organisational transformation programme. YBS is the third-largest building society in the UK, serving over 3 million members.
Changing customer behaviours and the commercial drive for multi-million pound cost savings meant YBS needed to overhaul an outdated structure, starting with the senior team.
At the start of the programme, there was no defined approach to Organisational Design (OD) coupled with limited experience of programme managing large-scale people change. By the time we left, we needed to equip YBS with the confidence, skills, knowledge and processes to continue the programme.
