I am a motivated and energetic consultant/facilitator who enjoys the challenge of managing change and enabling businesses and people to thrive.

I enjoy the diversity of working with different people in many different places and have been hugely lucky to work in a broad range of environments. I am experienced in working in both corporate and more fragile environments and my international experience covers Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, North Africa, Canada, the Caribbean, and Afghanistan.

I have a lengthy background in the Justice sector but have spent the last few years working with a range of private organisations, HMG, and NGOs to build sustainable capabilities, and have worked with them on organisational development, learning and development interventions and security risk management.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. I have recently completed my security risk management consultancy qualification and start on my Master’s qualification in Risk and Resilience later this year.

I love fitness, walking, dancing and just watching the people.
