I bring experience across brand, engagement and organisational change to the culture team at TDP. A life long fascination with figuring people out, a psychology degree and commercial eye makes organisational culture a natural sweet spot for me. Having worked with multi-disciplinary teams for both large and small, new and old organisations I’ve realised making work better for people is the most powerful way to make people better for work.
Having worked extensively with organisations pre and post M&A, culture audits, analysis, alignment and change through periods of transformation are areas of particular specialism. I’m used to working with leadership teams and front-line employees alike with recent projects seeing me redefining leadership behaviours and holding responsibility for Employee Experience through global transformation. I have worked across a wide range of sectors, notably within regulated industries including financial services, pharma and utilities. Clients includes Google, GSK, Novartis,Western Union, Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Yorkshire Building Society, Unilever, British Government, Finastra (Misys & D+H M&A), Cadent (National Grid divestment).
Highly active, I walk, cycle and do barre daily and do white water sports when I get the chance. To counter this, I read and do jigsaw puzzles.
