Planning and organising are particularly strong drivers for me and as an accomplished professional with a background in Forensic Psychology I feel privileged to hold a Senior Consultant role at TDP.
During my time here I have collaborated on a wide range of in-depth and impactful Organisational Development and Transformation initiatives. I am well versed in the transformation journey from Stakeholder Engagement, Solution Design, Bid Writing, People Development, and Mobilisation through to Effective Service Delivery and measurement of performance . I have supported the formation of compelling private sector bids which led to the award of two major contracts by the Ministry of Justice.
I have a strong track record of creating cognitive intervention programmes and of leading people and teams in both public and private sectors. I have worked as a Senior Leader in HM Prison Service, and private mental healthcare. I'm an expert trainer and group worker and employ a range of psychometric tests and measures to help individuals and teams attain their potential through increasing self awareness and understanding behavioural preferences. I enjoy facilitating change at a micro and macro level and have a breadth of expertise in coaching senior managers in broad ranging environments and sectors such as local authority, HM Prison and Probation Service including the Long Term High Secure Estate.
I’m currently working towards a qualification in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and as a specialist in Forensic Psychology I am a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist and BPS Chartered Psychologist.
Outside of work I am something of a fitness enthusiast; I love to run and particularly enjoy obstacle course racing. I’m also a keen music fan with eclectic tastes.
